Australia's first antidumping sunset review of hot rolled section steel in Taiwan

On November 5, 2019, the Australian antidumping Commission issued announcement No. 2019 / 126, stating that the Minister of industry, science and technology of Australia passed the first antidumping sunset review final award made by the Australian antidumping Commission on hot rolled structural steel sections imported from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand On November 20, 2019, it was decided to terminate the current anti-dumping measures of tunghosteelenterprise Corporation in Taiwan, and continue to extend the current anti-dumping measures of products involved in the cases of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan (excluding fenghsinsteel Co., Ltd. and tunghosteelenterprise Corporation) and Thailand.

On October 24, 2013, Australia launched an anti-dumping investigation on hot rolled steel imported from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. On November 20, 2014, Australia made a final anti-dumping judgment on hot rolled steel imported from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. On January 3, 2019, Australia launched mid-term anti-dumping review and filing investigation on hot rolled steel imported from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. (From LGMI)
