The third antidumping sunset review final verdict of the United States on the accessories of Huake malleable iron pipe

On November 1, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice saying that it made the final judgment of the third anti-dumping fast sunset review on malleable iron pipe fittings imported from China: it was determined that if the anti-dumping duty in this case was cancelled, the dumping of the products involved in this case would continue or occur again with a dumping margin of 111.36%. The harmonized tariff numbers of the products involved in the case are 7307.19.30.60, 7307.19.30.85, 7307.19.90.30, 7307.19.90.60, 7307.19.90.80 and 7326.90.86.88.

On November 25, 2002, the U.S. Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping investigation on malleable iron pipe accessories imported from China. On October 21, 2003, the U.S. Department of Commerce made an anti-dumping positive final judgment on the malleable iron pipe accessories imported from China. The United States extended the anti-dumping duty for the first time on April 22, 2009, after the United States made the positive final judgment of the first anti-dumping sunset review on the above-mentioned products. The United States extended the anti-dumping duty for the second time on August 12, 2014, after the United States made the final affirmative determination of the second anti-dumping sunset review on the above-mentioned products. On July 1, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice to launch the third anti-dumping sunset review and filing investigation on malleable cast iron pipe accessories imported from China. (From LGMI)
